Bachelor’s Degree inLogistics / Supply Chain Managementor equivalent qualification.

Effective written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin.

Must be based / willing to work in Georgetown, Penang.

Provide end‑to‑end customer serviceacross all transportation modes includingair, sea, trucking, import, export and project logistics.

Collaborate closely with the Sales team to fulfil customers’ operational shipment requirements.

Arrange shipment bookings with carriers, slot owners, co‑loaders and trucking vendors.

Track, monitor and follow up on shipment progress and key milestones.

Perform data entry and keep records updated in the operation system.

Manage accounts payable / receivable related updates, submit vendor invoices to Accounts for payment processing.

File all mandatory shipment documents against respective job files with reference to quotations.

Escalate unresolved issues following KPI timelines to relevant senior tiers.

Meet individual and department‑level performance KPIs.

Promptly address customer enquiries and resolve issues in timely fashion.

Nurture and grow customer relationships to sustain high‑level customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain solid vendor relationships to secure consistent vendor support.
