SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE
Purpose of Job Responsible for managing full-spectrum Human Resource functions and daily HR operations, with a primary focus on driving talent acquisition, employee training and development, and handling employee relations and disciplinary matters in compliance with local statutory laws and company standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesMain Focus Areas
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment to support high-volume headcount demands across all levels, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding (local & foreign workers).
- Training: Identify training needs, arrange in-house and 3rd-party training, and maintain complete training records for audit compliance.
- Disciplinary & Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, issue warning/show-cause letters, and manage Domestic Inquiries (DI) per Labour Law.
General HR Operations
- Audit & Standards Compliance: Participate in internal and external audit processes, ensuring HR practices strictly comply with local statutory laws, customer CSR standards, RBA Code of Conduct, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and IATF 16949:2016.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Execute any other HR, administrative, or operational tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR experience (manufacturing background preferred).
- Good working knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and local HR practices.
- Experience in handling disciplinary procedures and employee relations with firmness and fairness.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and discrete handling of confidential information.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume workforce requirements and employee relations in a large-scale organization.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
