Quality Control Agent | Returns & Refunds | Boon Lay

Location: Boon Lay
Working Days: 5 days/week (4 weekdays + Saturday)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Basic Salary: $2,620/month
After 3 Months: $2,650/month
OT: Available

Job Responsibilities

• Check the condition of returned products and confirm whether they meet return criteria
• Assess whether the reason for return is valid using logical judgment
• Record whether returns are accepted or rejected, with proper justification
• Classify returned items as usable, unusable or other relevant categories
• Perform accurate QC inspections according to guidelines and procedures
• Use basic IT systems for documentation and data entry
• Read and understand QC guidelines for accurate inspections
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling returned products

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome
• English literacy for reading and recording QC information
• PC literate
• Basic IT proficiency in data entry, MS Office and WMS
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Able to follow QC procedures accurately
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
