Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or higher

• The ability to write, communicate and count

• Able to think logically and a problem solver

• Basic computer skills

• Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday)

MONITOR RETURNED GOODS

• Read emails regarding returned goods from the showroom.

• Open the purchase memo for the showroom and print the purchase memo number.

• Email the purchase memo number to the showroom to facilitate their process of opening a purchase memo for returned goods.

• Provide the printed purchase memo to the driver for easier stock handling and delivery to the showroom.

• Verify the purchase memo with the general worker.

• Acknowledge the receipt of the purchase memo.

• Allocate to the showroom and print the manual.

• Print the sales order and note the returned stock on the sales order.

• Create a physical list of returned items for the general worker's easy reference, especially for home deliveries of out-of-stock items.

MONITOR IN-STOCK ITEMS

• Check pending in-stock items.

• Follow up with the outlet.

GENERATE ORDER

• Double-check that the quantity and model match across both systems.

• After verifying the quantity and matching models, generate the order number.

• For DI items, manual printing is required.

• Print outstation and local DI items.

• Record the order number for DI items in the CDM book for easy driver code updates.

UPDATE ORDER

DISPUTE OR OUT OF STOCK

• Read emails from the showroom.

• Double-check with WMS/ERP and CCTV.

• After verification, open a purchase memo or contact the showroom.

• Email the showroom regarding the purchase memo.

ALLOCATE STOCK

• Read emails from the showroom.

• Allocate stock based on the email received from the showroom.
