Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage showroom & staff
- Monitor daily sales & achieve sales target
- Handle customer service & complaints
- Manage stock & minimise wastage
- Ensure showroom SOP is followed
- Monitor online orders & daily operations
- Prepare daily reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM / Diploma
- 2–3 years experience in F&B, Retail or Showroom Management
- Good leadership & communication skills
- Able to manage staff and daily operations
- Sales-oriented and target driven
- Good customer service skills
- Responsible, disciplined & proactive
- Able to work on shifts, weekends & public holidays
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
