• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines.

• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Retail, Beauty, FMCG or E-commerce is preferred.

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and Canva.

• Adobe Illustrator knowledge is an advantage.

• Good command of English and Chinese. Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with good time management and communication skills.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 5-day work week

Brand Operations & E-commerce

• Maintain product information across Website, Shopee and Lazada.

• Update product database including PLU, retail portals and product records.

• Prepare promotional documents, sales reports and operational data.

Brand Marketing

• Support KOL collaborations, store visit campaigns and marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate marketing materials by supporting photoshoots and visual design development.

• Assist in product launches, promotional campaigns and brand activities.

Retail Marketing Support

• Support product listings, in-store promotions and merchandising activities.

• Conduct outlet visits to monitor merchandising execution and gather market feedback.

• Support annual nationwide outlet visits and retail marketing projects.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

• Assist with other marketing-related projects when required.
