Basic Microsoft Office

Provide / conduct training to consumers (pre/post purchase)

Attend to shopper enquiries and provide benefit sales presentation

Actively promote accessories range of product to complement the primary product.

Participate or initiative store briefing to provide product knowledge or sales talk recap

Complete weekly consumer training report with key activities and training numbers

Radiate positive energy and communicate professionally as well as maintaining effective communication.

Support Master Trainer, Store Manager and peers in driving towards Company’s objective.
