Job Summary
Join established M&E consultant firms as an Executive Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) to lead building services design from concept to detail, liaise with authorities, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects within budget and schedule.
Responsibilities
Assist Professional Engineer in preparing, liaising, and following up on Authority Submission to ensure compliance and timely approvals
Collaborate with Clients, Architects, Structural Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors to develop designs from concept through detailed stages
Identify and resolve discrepancies in design results to maintain accuracy and quality
Manage project tasks independently to complete primary design elements for building services including ACMV, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary, Electrical, ELV, and Fire Protection
Apply BIM Modelling skills to support design coordination and visualization
Deliver work aligned with agreed budgets and schedules with minimal supervision
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
Familiarity with building codes and authority submission procedures
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player
