Responsibilities
Drive profitable growth across assigned products and territories by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering strong sales and retention results.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive sales growth, profitability and retention across the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and respond to evolving customer and market needs.
- Lead pricing and commercial negotiations to achieve profitable outcomes.
- Provide product and technical advice to support customers and resolve business issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions and service.
- Monitor market trends and recommend improvements to products, processes and customer experience.
- Lead business initiatives and projects as required.
- Provide product and service training to customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience & Qualifications
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, account management or a related commercial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry would be an advantage.
