Sinar International Hiring! Full Time Project Engineer (M-E) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a practical Project Engineer who wants to grow in both M&E tendering and project delivery. You will help prepare quotations and tenders, then support awarded projects from planning to completion. You do not need to know everything on day one; we value sound technical basics, willingness to learn and reliable follow-up.

What You Will Do

· Review M&E drawings, specifications, BOQs and tender requirements.

· Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, quotations and tender documents.

· Request and compare prices from suppliers and subcontractors with the procurement team.

· Attend site visits, tender briefings and coordination meetings when required.

· Support project planning, material submissions, site coordination and progress reporting.

· Track technical queries, variations, claims, testing and handover documents.

· Keep tender and project records organised and update management on deadlines or risks.

· Share basic tendering and estimating knowledge with junior staff and interns as your experience grows.

What We Are Looking For

· Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related field.

· Around 2 years of M&E project, tendering, estimating or site experience is preferred.

· Able to read basic M&E drawings and use Microsoft Excel, Word and AutoCAD.

· Some experience preparing quotations, take-offs, BOQs or tender submissions is an advantage.

· Organised, responsible and comfortable coordinating with clients, suppliers and site teams.

· Willing to learn, ask questions and work independently after guidance is provided.

· Own transport and willingness to travel to sites are preferred.

· Mandarin communication skills are an advantage where coordination with Mandarin-speaking suppliers or principals is required.
