Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve company revenue and growth goals.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team; conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching, set clear performance quotas, and run productive sales meetings.
• Business Development: Drive new business acquisition, identify emerging market trends, and open doors with high-value enterprise or retail accounts.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain strict CRM hygiene, track sales metrics, analyze data trends, and report accurate forecasting to senior management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align lead generation, product feedback, and post-sale account retention.
• Negotiation & Closing: Assist the team in handling complex negotiations, closing high-value deals, and resolving escalated customer issues.
