Responsibilities
KEY HIGHLIGHTS
Tampines – Accessible by Bus
12-Hour Rotating Work Pattern – 4 Days Work / 3 Days Rest, followed by 3 Days Work / 4 Days Rest
️ Permanent Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | $12/shift allowance
Permanent Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $24/shift allowance
$200 Attendance & Transport Allowance
High-Tech Electronics Manufacturing Environment
Hands-on Process Engineering & NPI Exposure
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist Engineers with process troubleshooting and production issues
• Identify and resolve basic process and equipment problems
• Maintain and update Work Instructions (WI)
• Support and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
• Support process improvement, product trials and New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams
• Perform basic process checks, testing and troubleshooting
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience are preferred
• Experience in electronics manufacturing / production environment is an advantage
• Experience in process troubleshooting, RCA or NPI will be highly advantageous
