Minimum SPM qualification.
Friendly, responsible, and customer-service oriented.
Able to work on a shift basis.
Responsibilities
Assist and report to Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Outlet Manager on outlet operation matters.
Provides excellent customer service 100% of the time with a lively attitude.
Greet and take customer orders for food and beverages in a friendly, courteous, professional, and timely manner to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
Ensures that all customers are educated on our products and services.
Assure all food and beverage recipes according to SOP.
Prepare all food and beverage according to SOP.
Receive and process payment (cash, credit card and e-wallet).
Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping.
