Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage full set of accounts, monthly payroll, cash flow projections, costing reports, creditors and debtors tracking, bank reconciliations, and year-end book closing for an established SME.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update full set of accounts to ensure accurate financial records
Process monthly payroll accurately and timely for all employees
Prepare cash flow projections to support financial planning and decision-making
Generate work-in-progress costing reports to monitor project expenses and profitability
Track creditors and debtors to manage company payables and receivables efficiently
Perform bank reconciliations to verify and balance company accounts
Complete year-end book closing to prepare financial statements and reports
Utilize Autocount accounting software for daily accounting tasks; participate in training if unfamiliar with the software
