Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Leadership

• Shape and drive the company’s IT vision and roadmap, ensuring technology fuels business growth.
• Act as advisor to senior management on technology adoption and digital transformation.

Operations & Security

• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, and data security.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Build capabilities in system administration, support, and project delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business units to identify needs and deliver solutions.
• Champion change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.

Systems Modernization

• Lead the upgrade and seamless integration of retail systems (POS, ERP, inventory, CRM).
• Ensure scalability and reliability to support business expansion.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in retail IT leadership (Head of IT, MIS Manager, or equivalent) preferably.
• Strong background in systems modernization, ERP/POS implementation, and IT governance.
• Skilled in change management and stakeholder communication.
• Hands‑on leadership style with ability to guide and develop a small team.
