Responsibilities
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM and 1 SATURDAY HALF DAY PER MONTH
Location: Mandai
Key Responsibilities:
Product knowledge and technical support
Be the go-to expert on our product range: specifications, features, setup, usage and suitability.
Answer customer technical questions by phone, email, chat and in person.
Help the admin team with content detail for our website and marketplace listings: check specifications, features and comparisons for accuracy, and supply the technical points that make a listing correct.
Attend to walk-in customers at Showroom, demonstrate products and help them choose the right equipment.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years' experience in gym or fitness equipment, fitness retail, sports retail or equipment servicing. Strong candidates with less experience are welcome.
Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot and work with equipment.
