Review and manage contract documents to ensure compliance with contractual terms, applicable regulations, and company policies.

Identify contractual risks, obligations, and commercial issues to protect the company's interests.

Manage variation claims, progress claims, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and counterclaims.

Coordinate with project teams to prepare and submit claims and supporting documentation.

Provide contractual advice and support negotiations, dispute avoidance, and resolution.

Maintain accurate records of contractual correspondence, claims, and project documentation.

Liaise with project managers, construction managers, clients, and subcontractors on contractual matters.

Supervise and guide junior contract staff and support their professional development.
