We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to oversee production planning and workflow, ensuring efficient utilization of manpower, materials and equipment while meeting production targets and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production workflows across multiple product lines.
• Develop and prioritize production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
• Plan manpower, equipment and raw material requirements based on production demand.
• Allocate manpower and resources to meet production requirements and schedules.
• Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed within the required timelines.
• Identify and resolve production issues with minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor production output, quality results and key performance indicators.
• Prepare and submit production status and performance reports.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Work closely with Quality, Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant production planning experience.
• Proven experience in production planning and resource planning.
• Leadership and people management experience.
• Good knowledge of costing, internal audit and operational excellence practices.
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with numbers, statistics and production data.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage competing priorities.
