Requirements:
- Previous experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role
- Strong understanding of labour laws & HR best practices
- Proficient in HRIS systems
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to handle conflict management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
