Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor position based in Petaling Jaya, Bandar Sunway.

Our Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), assist in tender preparation, and evaluate quotations from contractors and suppliers.

Daily tasks include tracking project costs, updating cost plans, preparing cost reports, and supporting cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves assessing progress claims, verifying variations, preparing final accounts, and coordinating closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely commercial reporting.

Our Quantity Surveyor will maintain organized documentation, support contract administration, and contribute to continuous improvement of cost management practices.
