JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor warehousing and logistic operations.

• Develop, implement and continually improve logistic and warehouse operating procedure and efficiency of workers.

• Recommend improvement plans to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of the supply chain and increase Company profitability.

• Collaborate with inter-department to resolve operational difficulties, challenges or complaint.

• Liaise and coordinate with transporters on the transportation, shipping, and delivery activities to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.

• Manage all aspects of the stock delivery processes, including scheduling, routing, tracking shipments and also handling full set of shipping documentation.

• Assist or carry out any other duties as and when assigned by superior

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Warehouse or a related field.

• Over 5 years of working experience in the same field (Warehousing / Logistics / Transportation / Inventory) and experience in the retail industry is an added advantage.

• Good in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all level.

• Strong data analytical skills and ability to show effective leadership to solve problems and set priorities.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office tools / application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willing to work in Sabak Bernam, Selangor.
