- Responsible for product development and innovation, develop and formulate product for specific application.
- Conduct product trials and application testing in different kind of application categories.
- Optimize existing formulation for cost and performance.
- Provide technical support to sales team and customers on product application and usage.
- Conduct sensory evaluation and standard test parameter.
- Troubleshoot customer application issues and advice on solution.
- Collaborate with sales team on customer projects and presentation.
- Conduct stability testing and shelf-life studies.
