Key Responsibilities:
Support the identification of learning and development needs and assist in developing relevant training programmes and learning solutions.

Assist in developing training materials, e-learning content and other learning resources, and support the facilitation of training sessions and workshops.

Coordinate learning activities, including course registration, training logistics, participant enrolment, scheduling and communication with employees and training providers.

Support onboarding and induction programmes, employee engagement initiatives and other learning and development activities.

Maintain training records and the Learning Management System (LMS), and support the administration and coordination of learning programmes.

Support performance management activities, including coordination, documentation and tracking of performance management processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Education, Learning & Development, Human Resources or a related discipline.

0–3 years’ experience in Learning & Development, training, Human Resources or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Experience in developing training materials, learning resources and/or digital learning content.

Good organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.

Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers and training providers.

Strong digital literacy, with familiarity in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning tools.

A proactive and learner-focused approach, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Experience in a technical, industrial, engineering, energy, oil & gas or other operational environment will be highly regarded.
