• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
• No working experience required (training will be provided)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate in Malayu and English

• Communicate with customers then close sales
• Simple Job Drawing pass to production team
• Take site photo to production team
• If required, you may need to travel outstation or work in other states.

-planning production schedule (blueprint, prefab, material order, painting, material ready)

-planning servicing job schedule (liaise with Sales Advisor to arrange Servicing Job)

-data record (prefab timing & painting timing & wastage)

-stock control + order & liaise with office admin

-manpower arrangement (ensure 50+ worker's job)

-ensure sufficient worker to rush the job (posting in hiring platform to ensure sufficient quality manpower to finish work in time) （need to pre-screen & fitter, then go thought interview section)

-assist in worker's performance management processes

-production documents need to key in and filling into online platform
