MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General Production Office administrative work
• Expedite materials to support build schedule
• Expedite for quick turnaround of fabrication items from in-house rework and suppliers
• IQA disposition and retrieve items to support shop floor shortages/ material shortage list follow up
• Assist in simple module assembly
• Shipment and packing preparation and coordination
• Assist Project Leaders in assembly status update
• Any other activities or work assigned by Project leaders

MAIN JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• N level, NITEC level qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in machine production / assembly environment.
• Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Words and Powerpoint
