Job Summary
Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation to ensure reliable supply. Coordinate shipments and delivery orders while monitoring supplier performance to support project progress and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and manage reliable vendors to secure competitive quotations and negotiate pricing effectively
Monitor supplier performance and lead corrective action plans to resolve issues and maintain quality standards
Liaise with sales personnel to coordinate and process delivery orders accurately and timely
Arrange and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure smooth logistics operations
Provide weekly updates on project progress to relevant stakeholders
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor to support team objectives
Required competencies and certifications
Proficient in MS Office applications to manage documentation and communication efficiently
Willingness to travel and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment to meet operational demands
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2-5 years of relevant experience demonstrating capability in supply chain or vendor management
Independent, meticulous, and systematic work approach to ensure accuracy and reliability

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
