Previous retail / promoter / sales experience is an added advantage

Promote and sell laptops and related products to customers

Approach and assist customers with their product enquiries

Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and budget

Explain laptop features, specifications, promotions and pricing

Achieve individual sales targets and KPI

Maintain good product display and ensure products are properly presented

Check product stock and coordinate with store staff when required

Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions and competitor products

Provide good customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally

Prepare simple sales or activity reports when required

Support promotional activities and other duties assigned by the supervisor
