Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities and requirement:
- Minimum 2 years Fitting out or A&A Project Coordination / Site supervision experience, ideally in Fitting out contractor, design and Main contractor, Retail furniture Supplier for fitting out projects
- To monitor site work progress and taken daily site record
- To organize work as per project manager's instruction
- Attend regular site meetings and organize work
- Responsible for the coordination with subcontractors and labour on all matters of site inspection and progress monitoring
- Quick response and strong in problem solving, responsible for Project coordination and Management between contractor, consultant and factory
- Good communication skills and coordination skills
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree holder in Building Studies or Construction Management or Engineering or Interior or related discipline
- Holder of Green Card and Construction Workers Registration Card is preferable
- Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Short notice is welcome
- Candidate with more experience in construction or fitting out field, can apply as senior site supervisor
- Familiar with AutoCad, MS Word, Excel, PDF and Powerpoint.
