Job Summary
Lead sales efforts with at least 5 years of experience, managing overseas projects and closing sales internationally while demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure.
Responsibilities
Lead sales activities and close deals with overseas clients to drive business growth
Manage and coordinate overseas projects during execution to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Demonstrate leadership by guiding teams and making strategic decisions in sales and project management
Work independently to meet sales targets and resolve challenges proactively
Apply quick thinking to adapt to changing situations and maintain project momentum
Solve problems effectively to overcome obstacles and ensure successful project outcomes
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals and execution
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 5 years of sales experience
Ability to travel overseas for sales and project management
Must be able to speak fluent Mandarin
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Leadership skills demonstrated in managing teams and projects
Ability to work effectively under pressure
