Job Summary We are seeking an analytical, highly disciplined, and solutions-oriented Technical Expertise Specialist to manage our systems configuration, complex troubleshooting protocols, and technical quality standards. In this role, you will serve as the primary internal authority on infrastructure efficiency, reviewing technical design pipelines, managing systemic risk matrices, and guiding cross-functional teams through hardware or software diagnostic lifecycles. Partnering closely with Project Managers, software engineers, and compliance authorities, you will turn complex engineering problems into clear, sustainable, and high-performing technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Diagnostics & Advisory: Provide advanced level-3 technical expertise and systematic troubleshooting to identify and remediate infrastructure variances or product issues.
  • Standards & Compliance Control: Formulate, enforce, and audit internal technical governance models, engineering standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality assurance checks.
  • Root-Cause Failure Analysis: Lead quantitative technical diagnostics and root-cause failure analysis (RCFA) for complex system bottlenecks, implementing scalable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Cross-Functional System Mapping: Evaluate existing engineering workflows, designing modern and scalable system deployment blueprints to minimize operational downtime and technical waste.
  • Technology Modernization Research: Act as an internal trusted authority to research, evaluate, and benchmark emerging technical tools, cloud platforms, or mechanical systems to future-proof corporate configurations.
  • Documentation & Asset Integrity: Maintain and systematically archive detailed technical specification logs, infrastructure blueprints, calibration certificates, and training manuals.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related applied technical discipline.
  • Experience: Demonstrated professional track record in technical systems engineering, advanced application architecture diagnostics, IT infrastructure support, or industrial engineering execution.
  • Technical Fluency: Deep operational familiarity with modern technical stacks, infrastructure topologies, diagnostic monitoring platforms, or database management networks.
  • Competencies: Superior critical thinking capabilities, strong structured problem-solving skills, and an objective, details-oriented mindset to navigate complex multi-vendor ecosystems.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to translate complex backend engineering realities into clear operational priorities for executive stakeholders.

Benefits & Culture

  • Competitive monthly base salary supplemented by AWS (13th-month bonus) and performance-linked project execution bonuses.
  • Comprehensive group medical, hospitalization, and specialist corporate healthcare coverage.
  • Provided transport, mobile phone, and business connectivity allowances [if applicable].
  • Sponsored options for advanced engineering credentials, premium methodology certifications, and strategic technical leadership workshops.
  • Intellectual, innovation-driven, and highly collaborative technology work culture.
