Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 2 years of logistics, transport, or delivery-operation experience

At least 1 year of team-leading or supervisory experience

Experience managing drivers, delivery schedules, routes, and transport issues

Able to monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Able to handle customer complaints and urgent delivery issues

Firm but fair in managing discipline and performance

Comfortable working beyond normal hours when delivery issues arise

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics or Autocount system

Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin would be an advantage

Manage and supervise drivers and the Logistics Coordinator

Review delivery schedules and route arrangements

Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time

Monitor delivery KPIs and improve operational performance

Manage driver attendance, discipline, productivity, and conduct

Enforce logistics SOPs and company procedures

Resolve major delivery problems and operational exceptions

Follow up on customer complaints and delivery service issues

Review and approve overtime according to company policy

Conduct team performance reviews

Work closely with the Manager on operational improvements
