• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced livestream environment

• Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills

• Good communication and observation skills

• Comfortable speaking occasionally on livestream (voice only, no camera)

• Able to work for 5.5 days a week

• Flexible with livestream working hours, including night shifts or weekends

• Able to travel to warehouse in Klangand commute to theoffice in PJ 1–2 times in week when required

• No experience required – training will be provided (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

1. Support Livestream Setup & Operations

• Set up and prepare the livestream room (PC, microphone, lighting, camera, etc.)

• Start and run TikTok livestreams using the company’s internal system

• Troubleshoot technical issues during livestream (e.g., audio, crashes, lighting)

2. Monitor Livestream Sessions

• Stay in the livestream room throughout the session to ensure smooth operations

• Track livestream health metrics (viewers, engagement, sales, conversion, clicks)

• Provide real-time support to the host (e.g., countdown, voice assist, viewer reminders)

3. Performance Feedback & Coordination

• Observe and take notes on the host’s performance during livestream

• Prepare a brief feedback summary after each session for review

• Coordinate with the host and operations team to improve daily sessions

4. Audience Interaction Support

• Monitor and manage comment sections during the livestream

• Use voice to respond to simple viewer questions (no need to show face)
