JD Delivery Manager:

As Delivery Manager for APAC, you will own the end-to-end delivery of our client engagements across the region, including our upcoming SOC as a Service offering. You will make sure projects are staffed well, delivered on time and to a high standard, and run in line with organisation processes, while acting as the trusted point of contact for our APAC clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO | JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

• Own delivery and client communication across APAC projects, building strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and keeping them informed on progress, risks and outcomes.
• Lead delivery of our SOC as a Service engagements, from onboarding and ramp-up through steady-state operations, service reviews and continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage project staffing: forecast demand, match the right people to the right projects, and ensure teams are set up to succeed.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and at high quality, proactively identifying risks and driving issues to resolution.
• Make sure project PMs follow the processes set by organisation and to expectations, through regular reviews, coaching and clear feedback.
• Act as the first level of escalation above project PMs, taking initiative to resolve delivery, resourcing and client concerns quickly and calmly.
• Support other client-facing activities as needed, including steering committees, status and performance reporting, and travel to client sites across APAC when required.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING | REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | YOUR PROFILE

The top candidate will have the following skills and qualities:

• 8+ years of experience in IT services delivery or project/program management, with at least 3 years in a delivery management or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing multiple client engagements, staffing projects and delivering on time and to a high standard.
• Experience guiding and holding project managers accountable to defined delivery processes and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage clients, handle escalations and present to senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to spot issues early and act on them without waiting to be asked.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative, accountable approach to working with distributed teams.

Qualification:

Exposure to cybersecurity services, managed security services or SOC operations (e.g. SIEM, incident response, SLAs).

Experience delivering managed services or as-a-service engagements for APAC clients.

PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or similar certification, and a Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business or equivalent.

LOCATION : Remote Malaysia Open to travel

This will be Remote, with travel to client sites across APAC as required.
