About the role

This role focuses on supporting day-to-day order processing, warehousing & order fulfilment.

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate answers.
• Ensure all issues are properly logged.
• Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Maintain jovial relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
• Complete job reports.
• Efficiently process new orders according to process & system.
• Pick & pack orders efficiently in accordance with process & systems.
• Invoice orders accurately.
• Follow all various tasks allocated.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in basic ERP systems & warehouse operations.
• Be an outgoing individual who is comfortable talking to all levels of management.
• Must be trustworthy and capable of running a warehouse, ensuring all documentation is kept up to date with the right information.
• Can work independently or with the team.
• Highly organised and committed to completing tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related equipment. 
• Proficiency in NetSuite is a plus.

Additional information:

The role will be based in Singapore; there may be times, as deemed necessary by the Regional Manager.
