Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage repeat visits
Take customer orders accurately and serve drinks promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Mix and prepare drinks and cocktails following established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas to uphold hygiene standards
Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage sales records
Manage inventory by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to maintain supply
Support team members by sharing knowledge and guiding newer staff to improve overall service quality
Stay calm and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Work flexible evening shifts, including weekdays and Saturdays, to meet business needs
Build rapport with diverse customers to enhance their experience and foster loyalty
Preferred competencies and qualifications
1-2 years of pub or bar experience preferred to contribute to efficient service delivery
Demonstrated ability to provide friendly, professional service with a genuine smile
