Security Operations

• Perform routine patrols throughout the mall premises, including retail areas, parking facilities, loading bays, and common areas.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and security equipment.
• Detect and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
• Ensure all entrances, exits, and restricted areas are properly secured.

Access Control

• Monitor and control visitor, contractor, and vendor access.
• Verify identification and authorization of personnel entering restricted areas.
• Assist in managing crowd control during peak periods, events, and promotions.

Incident Response

• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and customer complaints.
• Investigate and document accidents, thefts, disturbances, or other incidents.
• Coordinate with management, police, fire department, and emergency services when required.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary until medical assistance arrives.

Customer Service

• Provide directions and assistance to shoppers and visitors.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Assist lost children, elderly visitors, or individuals requiring support.

Safety Compliance

• Conduct regular safety inspections and report potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with mall security procedures and safety regulations.
• Support emergency evacuation procedures and drills.

Reporting

• Prepare daily security reports and incident reports.
• Maintain accurate records of patrol activities, visitor logs, and security occurrences.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the relevant departments.

• Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Additional Requirements

• Valid Security Guard License (where applicable).
• Basic First Aid certification is an added advantage.
• No criminal record.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,953.33 per month
