Responsibilities
Must have experience in requirements engineering for Enterprise Bespoke System or similar.
Must have more than 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
Preferred: IIBA certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA).
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, IT or related field.
Preferred: Advanced degree such as MBA or MS in business analytics.
Preferred: Entry-level Project Management certification.
Preferred: Working experience in Government of Singapore projects.
Preferred: Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and scripting(Python/R).
Preferred: Proficiency in technical skills like SQL, Excel, BPMN/UML modelling, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
