Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations through the myMOM Portal. Pass types include: Employment Pass (EP), S Pass and Work PermitONE Pass, Personalised Employment Pass (PEP), EntrePass and Tech.PassTraining Employment Pass and Work Holiday Pass, for interns and traineesMiscellaneous Work Pass
Handle passes for clients’ family members: Dependant’s Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP), LTVP+ and Letter of Consent (LOC)
Assist with Student’s Pass applications where needed
Assess each candidate’s eligibility (COMPASS, qualifying salary, quota) and advise clients on the most suitable pass and the documents required
Support PR applications, including ICA e-PR and the Global Investor Programme (GIP) through EDB
Answer MOM, ICA and EDB queries, and prepare appeals when needed
Track pass expiry dates and keep client records up to date
Requirements
Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) Basic, or willing to obtain it
3–5 years of experience with Singapore work pass applications
Experience at an employment agency or corporate services firm is preferred
Familiar with Singapore’s work pass, dependant pass and PR schemes, including EP, ONE Pass, LTVP and GIP
PR application experience is a plus
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple cases at once
