Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with basic knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and IT troubleshooting will have an advantage.

  • Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate hardware inventory records.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain physical assets including desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and server/network hardware.

  • Maintain an accurate up-to-date hardware inventory log, tracking serial numbers, warranty status, repair histories, and software license assignments.
