Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Basic understanding of procurement processes, quotation comparison, and purchasing documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably familiar with OA procurement systems.

Basic material identification and data analysis skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Mandarin speaking is an advantage for supplier communication.

Assist Procurement Specialists and Supervisors in collecting supplier quotations.

Conduct basic quotation comparisons and organize supplier information.

Follow up on purchase orders and monitor order status.

Prepare, process, and maintain procurement documents.

Perform data entry and ensure purchasing records are updated accurately.

Liaise with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, quality issues, and goods receiving information.

Assist in maintaining supplier records and databases.

Compile and prepare basic procurement reports and statistics.

Support the procurement team with daily purchasing activities.

Perform other procurement-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
