TN Elevator & Equipment Services Hiring! Full Time Assistant - Data Entry in Johor - Ricebowl

Working Location: Tiong Nam Logistics, Kempas

Working Hours: 5.5 working days per week (Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m & Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

Job Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling inventory and maintaining records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel with basic knowledge of inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily incoming and outgoing orders to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure stock records are updated accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and update daily Proof of Delivery (POD) records to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure timely communication and coordination.
• Prepare, compile and submit relevant reports as required by the management.
