Job description:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing.
• Lead and monitor team performance, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Handle client interactions related to operational issues, reporting, and stock management.
• Drive continuous improvement in storage, layout, and process efficiency.
• Source and manage procurement of packaging materials, equipment, and operational tools.
• Manage human resource functions including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance appraisal, and enforcement of company policies.
• Achieve financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and recommend warehouse design improvements, product flow systems, and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and legal requirements.
• Communicate promptly with clients on operational matters and required reports, and attend client meetings as needed.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) or preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management tools.
• Ability to analyze data and generate operational reports (KPI tracking, productivity metrics, etc.).
