Holds a degree in psychology / counselling / education / social science or related field.

Willing to work on weekends and undertake overnight duties when required by programmes/ courses.

A good command of Mandarin is required, while proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Arrange counselling appointments and maintain confidential counselling records.

Assist in organising and conducting educational programmes, personal development camps and activities.

Support trainers in facilitating group activities and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Promote courses and liaise with schools, tuition centres and educational institutions.

Assist with social media updates, promotional materials and website content.
