Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and process motor insurance claims from notification to settlement.
Liaise with insurers, workshops, surveyors, policyholders, and other relevant parties.
Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and claims documentation.
Review claims documents and follow up on outstanding matters.
Monitor claim progress and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders.
Provide professional and efficient customer service throughout the claims process.
Requirements:
Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.
Experience in motor claims or the motor insurance industry will be an advantage.
