Job Summary

Join EBUY as a Finance Executive to support daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and efficient processing of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and finance operations to support business financial health
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims accurately to maintain financial integrity
• Maintain and update financial records and documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness
• Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to manage cash flow effectively
• Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Prepare financial reports and schedules as requested to support management decision-making
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve finance-related issues
• Perform additional finance and administrative duties as assigned to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in accounting or finance roles to enhance operational efficiency
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel for accurate data management
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Responsible, meticulous, and eager to learn to contribute to continuous improvement
