Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the organization’s long-term goals.

- Oversee insurance coverage, internal controls, and financial safeguards.
- Manage company assets, investments, and funding strategies.
- Assess and advise on capital structure, funding options, and ROI of major initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring high standards of performance.
Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and financial discipline. - Oversee implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools.
