Responsibilities
* Coordinate customers, sales consultants, warehouse, logistics and installation teams.
* Keep delivery and installation schedules on track; resolve issues and provide timely updates.
* Handle enquiries, service requests and complaints with professionalism and accountability.
* Proactively follow up on unsecured orders, build customer confidence and convert opportunities into sales.
* Deliver strong service, sales-conversion and operational KPIs.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
