Job scope

• Assist in interview arrangement. Coordinate with interviewers and candidates on interview dates. Ensure availability of interview rooms

• Ensure candidates provide the required documents for interview

• Ensure documents are made available for interviewers

• Interview details are captured correctly in system

• Assist in the administering of interview assessments to candidates

• Assist in screening of CVs

• Take on any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Job requirement

• GCE O/A level, NITEC/Higher NITEC, Diploma

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment assisting in interview arrangement

• Must be able to multi-tasks in arranging few interviews at the same time.

• Able to prioritise and manage high volume interviews
