Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Production Management & Operations
Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily production operations and ensuring production targets, schedules and delivery requirements are met.
Monitor production output, yield, machine utilisation, wastage and downtime to improve operational efficiency and control costs.
Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Purchasing and Logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
Participate actively in production activities, product trials and the implementation of processing specifications.
2. Quality & Food Safety
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SFA regulations, ISO 22000 and company food safety standards.
Maintain product quality, consistency, hygiene, sanitation and housekeeping standards.
Support audits, investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
3. Team & Manpower Management
Supervise and guide production supervisors, line leaders and operators to achieve production targets.
Coordinate manpower planning, attendance and shift scheduling.
Train and develop production staff on SOPs, processing techniques, food safety and workplace safety.
4. Inventory, Cost & Safety Control
Monitor raw material usage, inventory and production wastage.
Support cost reduction, process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Ensure accurate production records and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, food processing or meat processing.
Experience in meat processing and manufacturing of meat products will be an added advantage.
Operationally hands-on, with good production management and team leadership capabilities.
Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SFA requirements and food safety practices.
Good communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualifications in Food Science, Food Technology or Manufacturing will be an advantage.

With a team of refreigerated trucks, we provide daily delivery of our products to customers in Singapore. Also we export our products to South-East Asia countries.
Our food supply chain spans across the world. Our products come from the countries of Vietnam, China, Thailand, Korean, Japan, Indonesia, New Zealand, Chile, USA, France, Holland and Norway. With the cordial support from our oversea business partners, we ensured that our customers have a constant supply of a variety of foods.
