Job Description

The Assistant Boutique Director will be reporting directly to the Boutique General Manager.Your main job responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop the boutique team purposefully, fostering a high-performance and client-centric culture
• Building meaningful relationships with clients and external partners to foster loyalty and trust.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise and boutique operations and collection campaigns
• Create a seamless client experience via elegant visual merchandising and boutique presentation
• Oversee boutique operations, inventory management and compliance, continuously innovating and optimising processes
• Developing and executing business strategies to capture and grow market opportunities
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have

• At least 10 years of retail experience within Luxury Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry Industry
• Ability to lead, coach and develop large retail teams
• Strong entrepreneurial and forward-thinking mindset
• Proven commercial acumen and business management capability
• Experience in driving sales performance, client engagement, and operational excellence
